There is currently a vacant position on the Board of Directors and we are seeking a volunteer to fill it. The Board of Directors is composed of non-paid volunteers that are property owners in our community. For more information, contact Angela Barnedo at Sequoia Management.
Weekly Farmers’ Market - The market will feature a variety of local vendors and products for Trinity Centre's employees, visitors, and the nearby community.
Location: Trinity Centre (5875 Trinity Parkway), Centreville
When: Every Friday, May 15 – October 30, 3:30 –
6:30 PM Help Maintain the Common Areas - Everyone's assistance is appreciated keeping the common areas and Bay Valley Lane free of trash.
Curb Appeal - Our front yard should complement our home. Anything overgrown or so large that it blocks windows or doorways should be trimmed back. After trimming, add a few annuals for color interspersed with the bushes. Don't forget to inspect the concrete stoop in front of your home, you might be surprised to see the amount of mildew that has accumulated over the years.
Visitors Parking Spaces - Each townhouse has assigned two Reserved parking spaces. If you have more than two vehicles, please do not park the additional vehicle(s) on the Visitors parking spaces, park them on Bay Valley Lane. Please be aware that Battlefield Towing (703-691-2131) charges $150 for their services.
Trash pickup days are Tuesdays and Fridays - Recyclables are picked-up on Tuesdays. Trash Cans & Recycling Bins must be stored in your backyard or deck, not in your front or side yard. Your neighbors appreciate you doing this as soon as possible after trash collection. Additionally, use securely closed Trash Cans (covered containers). This regulation helps in preventing wild animals from roaming our community and also assists with trash control in the common areas.
Yard Debris are Picked-up only on Wednesdays - Bagged leaves must be on clear plastic bags or biodegradable paper bags. The leaves can also be placed inside trash cans with lids on them. Miscellaneous yard clippings such as tree limbs and brush, must be securely bundled. The bundles should not exceed 30 lbs and should not be more than 4-5 feet in length.
