Our Board of Directors is composed of non-paid volunteers that are property owners in our community. Without exception, they are willing to provide that extra effort to help plan for and preserve our community and neighborhood.  Sequoia Management assists the Board in conducting the affairs of the Compton Valley Estates HOA.

 

Each year, the association holds an annual meeting to elect new officers and approve the HOA's budget. Members are elected to the Board of Directors in staggered terms, 2 or 3 years at a time.
